The Unite Us Platform, powered by Contexture, helps connect individuals and families with local service providers who can support a wide range of needs, including food assistance, healthcare, housing, transportation, and other community resources. Healthcare providers, social service agencies, schools, and community organizations can refer clients directly to trusted partners, helping individuals access the services they need to improve their health and overall well-being.

The Cochise County Food Network (CCFN) is proud to participate in this coordinated referral network. Through a simple online referral form, individuals can connect with CCFN for emergency food assistance and access food pantry services throughout Cochise County. Once a referral is received, participating food pantries work together to ensure neighbors receive timely support and resources.

As an added benefit, participating CCFN food pantries currently receive reimbursement funding for eligible emergency food box referrals, helping strengthen local food programs and expand their ability to address food insecurity across Cochise County. This collaborative approach not only helps individuals and families access nutritious food but also supports the long-term sustainability of the community organizations serving them.
